The essence of Goa's diverse creativity was on display at the second edition of the Goa Open Arts Festival from February 23-28, 2024, at the historic Old GMC complex in the heart of Panjim. This vibrant event presented Goa as the melting pot of global creativity and showcased Goa’s artistic talent across an incredible mix of visual arts, music, spoken word, performance, theatre and film. Along with food, drinks, live sessions and workshops the festival was the place for friends and families, for art lovers and pleasure seekers to gather and enjoy the spirit of Goa.
Glimpses of the Festival

Visual Arts
Nearly a hundred artists working in diverse media from watercolours to multimedia installations was on display.

Music
The music stage showcased original creations across a range of musical genres and the evenings came alive with music to dance to.

Film
From shorts to documentaries and features, this edition of the Festival screened films by Goa based film makers.

Poetry
The poetry and spoken word sessions represented a wide variety of voices and attracted an equally diverse audience.

Performance
The line up of live action at the festival included hip hop dance, theatre and performance art.

Workshops
Doodling, animation, photography ,script-writing - the festival had engaging interactions for kids and adults.
