In 2024, Sitara Chowfla co-founder of Goa Open Arts was invited to speak at CultureCon 2024, an arts and culture management, which shines a spotlight on the rapidly growing Festivals, Events, and Creative Economy. The program's goal is to provide everyone in the creative sector with access to industry knowledge, festival management skills, and career opportunities. 

Sitara brought insights from Goa Open Arts Festival 2024 to a new and engaged audience in Mumbai, as part of the opening panel discussion PechaKucha - Building Festivals and IPs. The conversation include presentations from industry stalwarts Divya Kumar Bhatia (Festival Director - Jodhpur RIFF), Karan Singh (Global CEO, Sunburn Festival), Meghana Bhogle ( Head - IPs & Touring, Paytm Insider) and  Natasha Sharma (Co-curator Govandi Arts Festival).
